On meeting Mr Knepil I knew immediately I was in good hands as he put me at ease with his friendly and professional manner. On the day of my operation under local anaesthetic I was very well looked after by all the staff and enjoyed the friendly banter with the surgical team. My operation was a success and was given the all clear recently which was a huge relief. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Knepil to anybody needing plastic surgery.

I am delighted to say that the two operations on my forehead to remove skin cancer. have been successful and the whole process has been caring and professional. My thanks to Mr Knepil and his team for the way in which they have explained every step in the process and taken time to listen. Mr Knepil is charming and instils confidence. When I had my stitches taken out, the nurses said 'you must've had Mr Knepil' I said 'yes, how can you tell?' they said 'his reverse blanket stitch is legendary'.....! I can highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with a Basel cell carcinoma on my left temple by my GP around November 22. Fortunately I have private health care and had an initial meeting with a Dr Millard at a private hospital in Gloucester. He confirmed it was a BCC but due to its location he felt a flap procedure was required and to ensure I had the best result and healing outcome he recommended Mr Knepil as the surgeon best placed to remove this for me. I met Mr Knepil a short time later and I have to say he was superb, his manner was very reassuring and calm, explaining in layman’s terms what I had and what he was going to do to remove it. I had it removed at the end of January 23 and Mr Knepil was just as calm and reassuring during the surgery. I’m about 6 weeks down the line and it’s all healing well, saw him for a follow up consultation last week where it was confirmed all the bcc was removed and no further work required. He delivered the news in a very relaxed and positive way leaving me under no illusion that it was all taken out. He even took the time to give me advice about future sun exposure and how to reduce my risks for any further problems. All in all a top man and would 100% recommend him to friends and family if they found themselves with this sort of medical issue.

I met Mr Knepil in December 2022 after having been diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma on my left cheek. I was referred to Mr Knepil through the NHS but unfortunately had my appointment cancelled at short notice. Having read up on Mr Knepil I knew that I wanted him to treat me, as he had the skills and experience to repair my face after removing the bcc. I therefore made an appointment to see him privately. I was by this stage very anxious but Mr Knepil's calm and professional manner helped to relieve my fears. On the day of the operation Mr Knepil explained exactly what would happen and what to expect afterwards. Following the operation my face was bruised and swollen, as I had been told to expect, but now 4 weeks on the scar has healed beautifully and is hardly visible. At my follow up appointment Mr Knepil was able to confirm that he had completely removed the bcc with adequate healthy tissue around it. I am so very grateful for his immense skill and dedication and would definitely recommend Mr Knepil to anyone who had to have similar treatment.
